ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is the sole accused in Crime Nos.812 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police was arrested and remanded to the judicial custody by the respondent police on 24.04.2015 for the alleged offence under Sections 341, 294(b), 506(ii) I.P.C and hence seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner threatened the de-facto complainant with dire consequences.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in the case.

4. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) for the State.

5. Considering the above said fact, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail on the following conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor, and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of two weeks and there after as and when required. sd/- 30/04/2015 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
