ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to withdraw the case in C.C.No.58 of 2006 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Kuzhithurai, Kanyakumari District and transfer the same to the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Valliyur, Tirunelveli District.

2. The Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the case is at the stage of examination of witnesses.

3. Under such circumstances , there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kuzhithurai, Kanyakumari District to complete the proceedings pending in C.C.No. 58 of 2006 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
