ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the Spl.S.C.No.88 of 2022 pending on the file of the learned Special Judge for POCSO Act Cases, Thanjavur and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the trial in this case has already been completed and it is posted for Judgments.

3. In view of the said submission, there shall be a direction to the learned trial Judge to dispose the case on its own merits. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
