ORDER

This Criminal Original petition is filed for issuing a direction to the respondent herein to file a final report in connection with Crime No.318 of 2016, dated 05.06.2016 within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is stated that the complaint was lodged by the petitioner on 05.06.2016 and a case was registered in Crime No.318 of 2016 for the alleged offences under Sections 294(b), 497 and 506(i) of I.P.C. It is further stated that there was no further investigation and that therefore, a direction to the respondent will be in the interest of justice.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that final report itself was filed on 30.09.2017 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bodi and that it is yet to be taken on file.

5. Recording the said submission, the Criminal Original petition is closed.
