ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in case No.87 of 2015, dated 15.04.2015, passed by the learned Executive Magistrate and the Deputy Commissioner of Police (L&O), Tirunelveli City, Tirunelveli.

2.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that the proceedings under Section 107 of Cr.P.C. has already been closed against the petitioners.

3. Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
