Criminal Oringinal Petition is filed under section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, praying this Honb'ble Court to direct the respondents to expedite the trial in C.C.No.488/2016 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul within the stipulated time as fixed by this Honorable Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

ORDER : This petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the earlier order of this court and the requisition letter submitted by the Judicial Magistrate no.II, Dindigul vide the letter in D.No.465/2018 dated 14.03.2018 and in the presence of M.SHEIK ABDULLAH, Advocate for the petitioner, this court made the following order:

This Court, by an order dated 07.11.2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.15002 of 2017, directed the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul to dispose of the case in C.C.No.488 of 2016, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of that order. 2.Now, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul by letter dated 14.03.2018 seeks further three months time to dispose of the case in C.C.No.488 of 2016.

3.Considering the same, this Court is inclined to grant further three months time to dispose of the case. 4.Accordingly, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul is directed to dispose of the case in C.C.No.488 of 2016 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
