ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners went to Sabarimala to worship God. Further, the petitioners were not able to obtain Solvency Certificate and hence they were unable to furnish sureties and comply withe the conditions imposed in the pre-arrest bail order dated 20.12.2024 in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.22600 of 2024.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons assigned by the petitioners. In view of the facts and circumstances and in the interest of justice, this Court does inclined to allow the petition.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and time is extended till 17.03.2025 to comply the conditions imposed in the pre-arrest bail order dated 20.12.2024 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.22600 of 2024.
