ORDER

This Criminal Original petition is filed for issuing a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioners and their family members in the event of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The petitioners have come by way of the above Criminal Original petition alleging that the second respondent police is frequently calling the petitioners for interrogation without registering any case against the petitioners.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor however on instructions submitted that the enquiry was conducted pursuant to the complaint given by one K.Saravanan as against the petitioners and that the same was closed after the petitioners and defacto complainant gave a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

statement before the police to that fact that the parties will approach the civil Court for resolving their dispute. He further submitted that since the complaint itself is closed, no further enquiry is contemplated.

5. Recording the said submission, the Criminal Original petition is closed.
