O R D E R

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct enquiry with regard to the request of the petitioner for cancellation of DTCP approval granted in favour of the third respondent with regard to S.No.102/2 in Aviyur Revenue Village, Kariyapatti Taluk, Virudhunagar District.

2. The petitioner has given a representation to the first respondent on 22.09.2025. Since the same has not been considered, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Considering the above said facts, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner after giving due opportunity to the third respondent and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above said observation, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
