ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble G.K. ILANTHIRAIYAN J.) This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to temporarily release the detenue by name Vanamamalai (43 years) S/o.Perumal Pandian, (petitioner's husband) detained as charging Exorbitant interest offender at Central prison, Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli District
2. The petitioner was branded as Goonda and detained under Act 14 of 1982.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the detenu is suffering from brain stroke.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the detenue is taking treatment property and he has also filed a report before this Court.
