This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking a direction to the third respondent herein to register a case on the petitioner's complaint, dated 20.12.2013, enquire the same, file a report before the Court concerned. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the State. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) would submit that no petition is pending before the third respondent police. 4.Considering the said submission, the petitioner is directed to lodge a fresh complaint to the concerned respondent police within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

this order and the same shall be proceeded further by them within four weeks thereafter.
