ORDER

This petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to complete the investigation and to laid the final report in Cr.No.29 of 2017, on 02.10.2017 before the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned in accordance with law. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation is pending and the final report will be filed within six months.
