Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus direction in the nature of wirt calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1669/A1/2016 dated 19.7.2016 and quash the same and direct the respondents to sanction Special Grade to the petitioner in the cadre of Middle School Headmaster and confer all consequential monetary benefits within a time that may be stipulated by this Honble Court.

ORDER

Pursuant to the direction of this Court in W.P.(MD)No.664 of 2017, dated 18.03.2019, it is stated that by order, dated 18.09.2021, the respondents have sanctioned Special Grade to the petitioner. CONT.P(MD)No.433 of 2020 proceedings of the District Educational Officer, dated 18.09.2021 sanctioning Special grade.

2.The petitioner in the Contempt Petition, who is eligible to get Special Grade, is now aged about 84 years. Hence, with the direction to the respondents to disburse the amount to the petitioner as per the order, dated 18.09.2021, within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, this Contempt Petition is closed.
