This writ petition has been filed for a writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct proper enquiry on the basis of representation dated 16.02.2022 and pass appropriate order to prohibit excommunication of the petitioner and his family members and allow the petitioner and his family members to participate into https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submits that on receipt of the representation, dated 16.02.2022, an enquiry was conducted and the petitioner and his family members were duly allowed to participate in the temple festival of Sri Ayyankula Vinayagar, Sri Subramania Swamy Temple, Keelapalanjur, Palanjur village, Pattukkottai Taluk, Thanjavur District on 18.03.2022 to 22.03.2022.

3. Recording the above submission, the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
