ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to provide police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his son namely V.Manoj Kumar, S/o.V.K.A.Vijayarajan by considering the petitioner's complaint dated 25.03.2015.

2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner apprehends threat to his life and his son's life from the hands of his son-in-law and hence, he gave a complaint to the third respondent on 25.03.2015 seeking police protection. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit thaht the said complaint was taken back by the petitioner on the ground that the third respondent has assured that he will give adequate protection to the petitioner and his son. 5.In such circumstances, the third respondent is directed to give adequate police protection to the petitioner and his son, as and when required.

With the above direction, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
