The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the case on basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 11.09.2017 and investigate the case. 2.Heard Mr.P.Venkatesan, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.S.Durai Pandian, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who takes notice for the respondents.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's complaint was enquired into and closed after the preliminary enquiry and further action was dropped.
