Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The respondent's stand is that the petitioner's license period is over. Since complaints had been received from the Highways Department, the respondent Aavin does not propose to continue their business in the site in question. The respondent makes a categorical statement that they have nothing against the writ petitioner. This submission made by the respondent is placed on record.

3.Taking into account the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is permitted to continue to run the Aavin Shop at Nallampatti Corner, Near ITI College, Dindigul-Natham National Highway, Dindigul for a period of 30 more days from today. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
