ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C.praying this Court to direct the second respondent to register a case on the Petitioner's complaint dated 27.1.2015 against the proposed accused namely Mohaideen.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents/State and perused the records.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that the enquiry was conducted on the basis of the complaint of the Petitioner and the same was closed.

4.In view of the said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
