ORDER
This Criminal Original petition is filed for issuing a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul, to conclude the trial in C.C.No.801 of 2010 within a time stipulated by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. It is stated that a case was registered against the petitioners and one another in W.L.O.R.No.2 of 2009 by the respondent for the alleged offences under Sections 49, 49A(b), 49B (1)(a), 51(1)-(A) and 52 of Wild Life Protection Act, 1972. It is further stated that the case is pending from the year 2010 without any progress and that the petitioners are entitled to speedy trial in accordance with the principles reiterated by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in many cases.

4. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to allow this petition and the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul, is directed to conclude the trial in C.C.No.801 of 2010 and dispose of the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
