Seeking a direction to the respondent police to take appropriate action on his representation, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents and perused the records.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the representation given by the petitioner dated 16.04.2015 is pending and no action has been done till now. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to direct the second respondent to take appropriate action in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner as well as the third respondent.

4.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
