The Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the third respondent to register the FIR based on the complaint dated 17.10.2017 against the accused above cited within a reasonable time. 2.Heard Mr.K.Suresh, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.S.Durai Pandian, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who takes notice for the respondents.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ submitted that on the basis of the complaint received from the

petitioner, a case was registered in Cr.No.566 of 2017, dated 08.11.2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294 (b), 324, 427, 506(1) of IPC and Section 4 of TamilNadu Prohibition of Harassment of Woman Act, 2002.
