This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the 1st respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the complaint of the 2nd respondent.
2.According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the complaint preferred by the de-facto complainant has been inquired into and the same has been closed. A copy of the closure report has also been produced before this Court.
3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
