O R D E R

This petition is filed for issuing a direction to the second respondent to include one Ashokumar and eight others as accused in Crime No.361 of 2017 which was registered on 31.08.2017. 2.The petitioner states that the petitioner is the de-facto complainant in Crime No.361 of 2017 which was registered for alleged offences punishable under Section 18 of the Protection of Child from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 r/w. Section 147, 294(b), 323, 506(i) I.P.C. and Section 3(1)(i)(r)(s) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2015. Though serious allegations are made against one Manickam, the petitioner has made allegations against others who also belongs to the community of the said Manickam/main accused. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that final report itself was filed on 04.10.2017 and that therefore, the petition now filed by the petitioner for including certain others in the criminal case cannot be entertained. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor is right in his submission that this petition cannot be entertained after the final report is filed in the Court.
