This petition is filed for issuing a direction to the second respondent to register the FIR in so far as the petitioner's complaint dated 28.10.2017 and investigate the same.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint given by the petitioner, an FIR has been registered in Crime No.482 of 2017, for the offences under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) of IPC, on 21.11.2017.
3. Recording the said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
