ORDER

This Criminal Original petition is filed for issuing a direction to the respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute and not to harass the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 1 to 3.

3. The first petitioner is the mother of the fourth respondent and it is stated that the fourth respondent has given a Settlement Deed in favour of the first petitioner, dated 19.03.2010. However, it is stated that the fourth respondent has subsequently https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

cancelled the Settlement Deed in the year 2013. It is further stated that a dispute between the first petitioner and the fourth respondent is now pending before the District Munsif Court, Tirunelveli, in O.S. No.580 of 2014.

4. It appears that the fourth respondent has given a complaint. Since the petitioners are called upon for an enquiry in connection with the complaint lodged by the fourth respondent, the petitioners have approached this Court by way of this petition.

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the complaint was enquired into and the same was closed as the dispute is purely civil in nature and the parties are directed to approach the civil Court.
