This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 09.07.2016.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the complaint dated 09.07.2016, given by the petitioner, a case has already been registered in Crime No.206 of 2016 dated 20.07.2016 for offences under Sections 447, 507, 509 IPC and Section 66A of the Information Technology Act, 2000. The said statement is recorded.
3. In view of the above statement made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
