ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in the order dated 23.01.2026 in CRL.O.P.(MD).No. 1218 of 2026.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in CRL.O.P.(MD).No.1218 of 2026 on 23.01.2026, regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied the conditions nearly 37 days.

4. Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in CRL.O.P.(MD).No.1218 of 2026 on 23.01.2026 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required. 06.03.2026 pal 2/4
