This petition is filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No. 103 of 2017 on the file of the second respondent Police to any other competent agency.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ respondents on instructions submitted that the investigation is

completed and the complaint itself was closed as mistake of fact. He further submitted that no further enquiry is contemplated.

3. In such circumstances, the petition to transfer the investigation does not arise. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
