O R D E R

Seeking a direction to the respondents to register a case on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 02.04.2018, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.This petition has come up today for admission. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and I have also perused the records carefully.

3.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents that a case has been registered in Crime No.86 of 2018 on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner for the offences under Sections 420, 294(b), 506(2) IPC. The said statement is recorded. The learned Government Advocate has produced the copy of the First Information Report. The same is placed on record.

4.In view of the above statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
