ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying this Court to direct the second respondent to seize the vehicles bearing Registration Nos.TN 39 L 1444 and KA 01 MD 6566 both are Bore Well Lorries involved in Crime No.423 of 2014, dated 05.12.2014 on the file of the 2nd respondent Cumbum North Police Station and Producing both the vehicles before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court of Cumbum. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents/State and perused the records.

3.when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that on equiry, the complaint of the petitioner has been closed as 'mistake of fact'. 4.Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives for adjudication and hence, this criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
