This petition is filed for issuing a direction to direct the second respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 20.10.2017 against the proposed accused and proceed the same as per law within a stipulated time.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint given by the petitioner, an FIR has been registered in Crime No.80 of 2017, for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 448, 294(B) and 506(i) of IPC, on 19.11.2017.

3. Recording the said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
