ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.2278of 2026 dated 05.02.2026 condition no(b) that the petitioner shall stay at Madurai and report before the Inspector of Police, Thallakulam Police Station, Madurai daily at 10.30 a.m.,until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.
4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly, the condition imposed by this Court is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall stay at Tirunelveli and report before the Palayamkottai Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
