The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint given by the petitioner, an FIR has been registered in Crime No.6 of 2017, for the offences under Sections 498(A), 406, 494, 506(ii), 109 of IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, on 09.12.2017.
