The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 from interfering in any way with the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the fifth respondent for the use of Label "Jeep" which is pending adjudication before the Intellectual Property Appellate Board Chennai in ORA No. 18 of 2014.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that no case has been registered against the petitioner and as such, he is not required in connection with any case. 3.The respondent police shall not interfere in any manner with civil dispute. 4.With the above direction,the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
