Mr.S.S.Manoj Government Advocate(Crl.side) ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.1080 of 2026, dated 22.01.2026.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly. He further submitted that there are 17 previous cases pending against the petitioner.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly, the condition imposed by this Court is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police twice in a week ie., on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
