ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register the FIR against the accused persons based on the petitioner's complaint dated 05.09.2017.

2.According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner made a statement before the respondent police stating that he seeks remedy before the competent Court. Therefore, in the light of the above statement made by the petitioner, the complaint was closed.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the competent Court.

4.Recording the submissions made by the parties, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent Court.
