This petition is filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of an enquiry. 2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that for a civil dispute, the respondents 1 and 2 are harassing the petitioner and prayed for a direction not to harass the petitioner. 3.On the side of the respondents 1 and 2, it is stated that a case was registered in C.S.R.No.213 of 2020 and both the parties advised to approach the Civil forum and the petition was already closed.
