This petition is filed for issuing a direction to the 2nd respondent to register the case on the complaint dated 14.10.2017 given by the petitioner.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed.

3. Recording the said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to work out his remedy as permissible in law.
