Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to consider the representation of petitioner dated 24.12.2020 and to issue suitable instructions to the third respondent to absorb the petitioner in any one of the vacancies in the category of Record Clerk, Office Assistan or Gang Mazdoor in terms of G.O.Ms.No.131, Personnel and Administrative Reforms (F) Department, dated 28.11.2020.

By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2.The petitioner's request, who is an N.M.R, to absorb him in one of the permanent category was already rejected pursuant to her earlier representation dated 13.03.2021 and the copy of which is produced before this Court by the learned Additional Government Pleader.

W.P.(MD) No.6085 of 2021 representation, is not feasible. However, the petitioner is aggrieved against the rejection, it is open to her to workout the remedy in accordance with law.
