ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register the case based on the petitioner's compliant dated 10.10.2017.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 12.06.2018, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and therefore, the case was directed to be posted on 18.06.2018 under the caption "For Dismissal". Even today, neither the petitioner nor his counsel is present in this Court to prosecute the case.

3. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. However, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) on instructions would submit that after completion of investigation, the petitioner's complaint was closed and he also produced the closure report before this Court. The same was recorded.
