O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking to direct the second respondent to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 27.09.2017 and further direct him to investigate the matter in accordance with law.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the complaint was enquired and thereafter the said complaint was deferred by the respondent police, since there is no proper particulars available with the police.

3.It is further stated by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that summons have been issued to the petitioner and she is not turned up.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner would co-operate with the enquiry and produce relevant documents before the respondent police. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.In the light of the above, the respondents are directed to issue a fresh summon to the petitioner to appear for the enquiry along with the required materials and on producing such documents the respondents are directed to register the case, if any cognizable offence is made out and if any cognizable offence is not made out, the respondents are at liberty to drop the case. 6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
