ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Inspector of Police, Subramaniapuram Police Station, Madurai City, to expedite the investigation of the case in Crime No.432 of 2015 pending on his file and complete the same within the time stipulation as prescribed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though respondent police has registered a case in the above said crime number on 09.04.2015, no final report is filed till date.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondent Police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of two months. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to file a final report, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the de facto complainant.

6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
