ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondents to provide adequate police protection to buildings, staff and students of VTM College of Arts and Science, Arumanai from the threat and disturbance of Anti Social elements. 2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.S.Durai Pandian, learned Additional Public Prosecutor who takes notice for the respondents.

3.The petitioner has come before this Court with a serious apprehension. However, even it is represented before the second respondent that the petitioner has not identified the persons, who are likely to be cause problems to the petitioner institution. In the above circumstances, the second respondent is directed to consider the representations / complaints given by the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to the first respondent dated 27.09.2017 and 03.10.2017 and to take further action, if necessary, after a preliminary investigation.

4.As a result, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of., accordingly.
