ORDER

This Criminal Original petition is filed for issuing a direction to the respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.122 of 2015 on the file of the respondent and to file final report within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that final report was filed on 20.04.2017 before the

learned Judicial Magistrate cum Additional Mahila Court, Madurai and that it is yet to be taken on file.

4. Recording the said submission, the Criminal Original petition is allowed and the respondent is directed to see that the final report is taken on file before the learned Judicial Magistrate cum Additional Mahila Court, Madurai within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
