Heard both sides.
2. The petitioner moved the second respondent for cancelling the petition-mentioned documents. The District Registrar concluded that he would not have the power to cancel the document. Questioning the same, the petitioner filed an appeal before the first respondent. The first respondent confirmed the stand of the District Registrar that the registered document cannot be cancelled. However, vide proceedings dated 07.08.2020 a direction was given to the registering authority not to register any further transaction based on the petition-mentioned document. If at all, the fourth respondent should feel aggrieved. I fail to understand as to 2/4
3 W.P.(MD)NO.4894 OF 2022 how the petitioner can feel aggrieved. The impugned order is in favour of the petitioner. In any event, since the civil suit had already been filed, the rights of the parties will abide by the outcome of the pending civil suit. This writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
