ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the docket order dated 27.02.2023 and seeking a direction to the learned Principal District Munsif, Alangulam, Tenkasi District, to number the unnumbered 1/4
plaint in O.S.S.R. No.789 of 2022.
2. The trial Court returned the plaint in unnumbered O.S.S.R. No.789 of 2022 on 14.12.2022 and 23.01.2023, pointing out certain defects relating to the provision of law. The plaint was thereafter resubmitted on 03.02.2023. Subsequently, by docket order, dated 27.02.2023, the plaint was once again returned on the ground of maintainability. Challenging the same, the present Civil Revision Petition has been filed.
3. Heard the learned counsel on either side.
4. The revision petitioner is directed to comply with the returns made by the trial Court and re-present the plaint before the concerned Court.
5. The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner submitted that, if the matter is referred to the Mediation Centre, there is a possibility of an amicable settlement between the parties. 2/4
6. Considering the fact that the petitioner is the mother and the respondent is the daughter, the trial Court shall, upon re-presentation of the plaint, hear the parties and examine whether there exists a possibility of settlement. If such a possibility is found, the matter shall be referred to the Mediation Centre.
7. The above exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
8. With the above directions, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
