The petitioners have filed this Petition to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.106 of 2016 pending investigation on the file of the 1st respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on instructions submits that the investigation has already been completed

and the final report has also been filed before the concerned Judicial Magistrate and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.28 of 2023 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Nagercoil.

3 Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner, to challenge the final report, if they are so advised.
