O R D E R

This petition is filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sengottai, Thirunelveli District, to expedite and dispose of the case in C.C.No.284 of 2011 within the time limit as prescribed by this Court.

2. It is stated that the complaint itself was lodged in the year 2011. Even after the case was taken on file in the year 2011, the proceeding is pending unnecessarily for more than six years without any progress.

3. Having regard to the nature of complaint and the facts narrated apart from the progress and the case status from the year 2011, this Court is of the view that the direction for early disposal will be in the interest of justice.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is allowed and

the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sengottai, Thirunelveli District is directed to expedite the trial and dispose of the C.C.No.284 of 2011, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
