ORDER

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner challenging the charge memo dated 09.02.2017 issued by the first respondent.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that charges framed against the petitioner have been dropped. He also produced a copy of the proceedings of the second respondent dated 16.11.2021 to that effect.

3. Recording the same, the writ petition is closed as no further is necessary.

No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
