It is a petition seeking direction to the respondent to file a report in Crime No.91 of 2011.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that on completing investigation, charge sheet has been filed before the Special Magistrate, Anti Land Grabbing, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District. He would further submit that the charge sheet has been subsequently returned and there is an undertaking by the respondent to represent the same.

4. Recording the submission and undertaking, this petition is closed.
